Small Group Breathwork Evening

Service Description

These breathwork evenings take place in a small group of just 3–4 participants in my private living space in Munich. The intimate setting allows for more space, privacy, and personal support throughout the journey. We begin with a gentle arrival and grounding before moving into a guided breathwork session designed to help release tension, reconnect with the body, and access deeper layers of awareness. No prior experience is necessary.
